RITVA NOSOV, Founder & Principal Consultant

Rimano Consulting is rooted in deep experience at the intersection of strategy, people, and change.

I am a Strategy and People Operations leader who has spent 25 years bridging strategy and execution, building the systems and cultures that turn complex vision into organizational reality. My career has been defined by helping leaders navigate change: from building the talent function at FreshBooks to driving enterprise-wide transformations at TD Bank.

I hold an MBA in Strategy from McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management and an LLM from the University of Toronto's Faculty of Law. As a Prosci Change Management Practitioner and AI-certified professional, I bring a unique blend of technical rigour and human-centred design to every engagement.

With experience spanning North America, Asia, and Europe, I offer a cross-cultural lens to leadership, organizational effectiveness, and change.
