My career has been defined by helping leaders navigate change: from building the talent function at FreshBooks to driving enterprise-wide transformations at TD Bank.
I hold an MBA in Strategy from McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management and an LLM from the University of Toronto's Faculty of Law. As a Prosci Change Management Practitioner and AI-certified professional, I bring a unique blend of technical rigour and human-centred design to every engagement.
